  1. "Account" means the registered user profile required to access our Services, including all associated data, credentials, and settings.
  2. "Services" refers to any and all proxy services provided by Bypass.io, including but not limited to:
    a) Residential Proxies
    b) Sneaker Proxies
    c) Datacenter Proxies
    d) Static Residential Proxies
    e) LTE Proxies
    f) Any additional proxy services that may be offered in the future
  3. "System" means the entirety of our website, software, infrastructure, and any other technological components used to provide the Services.
  4. "Intellectual Property" includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, know-how, and any other proprietary rights related to our Services.
4. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your access to our website, creation of an Account, or use of any component of our System or Services, whichever occurs first. By engaging in any of these actions, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1. By accessing our website, creating an Account, or using our Services, you unequivocally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our website, System, and Services.
2. You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of a business or legal entity, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

2. You are solely responsible for:

  2. Remove or edit any content within the System.
  3. Request additional information or documentation to verify your identity or the information provided during the registration process.
4. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Services. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
5. You agree to keep your Account information up-to-date at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your Account and Services.
SERVICES AND LICENSE
1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any other applicable policies, Bypass.io grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
2. Our Services are intended for legitimate research, personal, and commercial use, and only for lawful purposes as outlined in this Agreement. Any use of our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your Account and potential legal action.
3. The specific features, functionality, and availability of our Services may vary based on the type of Account you register for and the specific Services you purchase. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.
4. You acknowledge and agree that:
  1. We may use third-party providers to deliver certain aspects of our Services.
  2. The technical processing and transmission of data associated with the Services may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
  3. We may, from time to time, restrict access to some parts of our System, or our entire System, to users who have registered with us
5. We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Services to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Any suspected violation may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your Account and Services.
USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
1. By using our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
2. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:
  1. Engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
    - Fraud
    - Hacking
    - Spamming
    - Identity theft
    - Unauthorized access to systems or data
    - Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious code
    - Infringement of intellectual property rights
    - Violation of privacy or data protection laws
    - Any activity deemed illegal under applicable laws and regulations
  2. Use our Services to transmit, distribute, or store material that is inappropriate, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our System or Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our System.
  4. Use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our Services or any activity conducted on our System.
  5. Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to our Services, including robot exclusion headers.
  6. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  7. Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.
  8. Use our Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of our Services.
3. You expressly agree that our Services shall not be used to engage in any fraudulent or malicious behavior. As a User, you are solely responsible for your actions and the consequences thereof.
4. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
5. In the event that we receive complaints about your use of our Services from our data centers, partners, or other third parties, we reserve the right to investigate such complaints and, if deemed necessary, suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service names, content, software, and technology, are and will remain the exclusive property of Bypass.io or its licensors.
2. You agree not to:
  - Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
  - Use our trademarks, logos, or service names in any way that suggests an association with Bypass.io without our express written permission.
  - Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any portion of our Services.
  - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of our software except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
3. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding our Services are entirely voluntary, and we shall be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation to you.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
1. All purchases made from our platform are non-refundable. Once you have made a purchase and received access to our products or services, we do not issue any refunds under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in this Agreement or required by applicable law.
2. Our non-refundable policy applies to all digital products, subscriptions, licenses, memberships, or any other products or services offered through our platform.
3. We reserve the right to:
  1. Refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, service availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
  2. Change our prices at any time without notice
  3. Offer different pricing structures for our Services based on usage, duration, or other factors.
4. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Services. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
5. We may offer subscription-based Services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the recurring payment terms specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period.
6. Exception to the non-refundable policy: If the Service is inactive or works with defects during the first 24 hours from the purchase due to reasons not depending on your actions, and we are not able to fix the problem promptly, you may be entitled to a full refund of the purchased faulty Service. You must contact us with proof within this 24-hour period to be eligible for a refund. This exception does not apply to any issues arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to compatibility issues with your hardware or software.
7. We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate payment for our Services. By using such services, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bypass.io, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to:

2. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Bypass.io has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
3. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to this Agreement or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
5. You specifically acknowledge that Bypass.io shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
TERMINATION
1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach any provision of these Terms.
2. Upon termination:
  1. Your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
  2. Any fees paid are non-refundable.
  3. Any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.
  4. We may, but are not obligated to, delete any data associated with your Account.
3. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
4. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact us to request Account deletion. Please note that some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms, or comply with legal requirements.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
